Cabinet structure

Structure:

The integral structure, that is, the test chamber, the refrigeration system, the heating, the temperature regulation system, the electrical control cabinet and the refrigeration unit are a whole, the refrigeration unit is located at the bottom of the box, and the electrical control part is placed on the side of the test chamber for easy operation

Box:

a) In the air duct interlayer at one end of the studio, distributed heating, refrigeration evaporators, blower motors, fan blades and other devices;

b) There is 1 cable threading hole on the side of the test chamber, and the size is ф50mm;

c) The test chamber studio is made of 1mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the box shell is made of 1mm thick high-quality stainless steel

d) The insulation material is made of polyurethane foam, with a thickness of 100mm, the insulation effect is good, and the outer surface of the test chamber does not frost or condensation.

e) The studio is equipped with 1 layer of height-adjustable stainless steel shelves;

f) The box is equipped with a condensate drain

Observation & Lighting Fixtures:

A multi-layer insulating glass observation window is installed on the door, with a size of about 300×275mm, and is equipped with a heating and anti-frost device. A (AC12V) 20W halogen lamp is installed on the door of the test chamber.

Refrigeration system
Compressor: The core of the refrigeration system is the compressor, we use "Taikang" and "Hitachi" fully enclosed compressor units (random) to form a set of refrigeration system to ensure the cooling requirements of the studio. The refrigeration system consists of a high-pressure refrigeration cycle and a low-pressure cold cycle, and the connecting vessel is an evaporator, and the function of the evaporative condenser is to use the low-pressure circulation evaporator as a high-pressure circulation condenser.
Condensing evaporator: using the world's most advanced Swedish "Alfa Laval" ALfaLaval company or Sweden swep company production brazing plate heat exchanger, this heat exchanger is composed of a number of corrosion-resistant stainless steel sheets pressed into herringbone corrugations, adjacent to a pair of stainless steel sheets corrugated in opposite directions, corrugated back lines intersect with each other to form a large number of contact solder joints, due to the complex contact cross network channel makes the fluid on both sides form turbulence, increase and improve the heat exchange intensity, At the same time, the strong turbulence and smooth stainless steel surface make the inner surface of the channel of the brazed plate heat exchange less susceptible to fouling, and the system resistance is reduced to a minimum.

Heating system
Continuous PID regulation, using SSR solid state relay as heating actuator, safe and reliable, with a separate over-temperature protection system.

Air duct system

In order to ensure a high uniformity index, the test chamber is equipped with an internal circulating air supply system; In the air duct mezzanine at one end of the studio, heaters, refrigeration evaporators, fan blades and other devices are distributed; When the fan rotates at high speed, the air in the studio is sucked into the air duct from the bottom, and then blown out from the top of the air duct after heating and refrigeration, and the air after heat exchange with the sample in the studio is sucked into the air duct and circulated repeatedly, so as to meet the temperature setting requirements.
Control system

The control system consists of:

1. Temperature measurement: Pt100 platinum resistance;

2. Control device: programmable temperature controller VISO6071/TEMI880 random. It can display the working status of set parameters, time, heater, etc., and has the function of automatic operation of test and self-tuning of PID parameters. 

3. Only the temperature needs to be set to realize the automatic operation function of the refrigerator. The control system uses an intelligent control software system, which has the working conditions of automatic combination of refrigeration, heating and other subsystems, so as to ensure high-precision control in the entire temperature range and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction. The perfect detection device can automatically carry out detailed fault display and alarm, such as when the test chamber is abnormal, the controller automatically displays the fault status.  

4. Screen display: set temperature; measured temperature; Heating time, temperature curve and other working statuses as well as various alarm indications.

5. Setting accuracy: temperature: 0.1°C   

6. Program capacity: 100, the total number of program sections is 1000 paragraphs, and the maximum time of a single step of the program: 99 hours and 59 minutes; Programs can be looped, and programs can be linked to each other; 

7. Operation mode: constant operation, program operation;

8. Other major low-voltage electrical components are well-known brand products: such as Schneider AC contactor, thermal overload relay, OMRON small intermediate relay, Delixi circuit breaker, etc.
