Cabinet structure

(1) The oven is assembled by the box part, electrical control cabinet, electric heating and air duct system, with reasonable structure and beautiful appearance; 

(2) Full-circumference argon welding, high-temperature resistant silica gel tight, SUS304# stainless steel electric heating generator, anti-dust generated by the machine itself;

(3) Box material: The outer box is made of SS41# medium carbon steel plate and treated with phosphoric acid film salt, and then two layers of anti-gloss surface coating and baking paint, which can prevent fine dust; 

(4) Liner material: imported SUS304# Japanese 800 pan 2mm thick mirror stainless steel plate, and cleaned by alkaline soda to remove oil stains to avoid PARTICLE during baking;

(5) Medium barrel material: Imported SUS304# daily 800 pan 2mm thick mirror stainless steel plate, and cleaned by alkaline soda, degreased and argon welding sealing processing (anti-pollution).

Air supply method

After the horizontal air supply from the back to the front, the air is supplied to the front door (special air duct design) through the H.E.P.A Filter 20 "×20" device imported from the United States, with a filtration efficiency of 99.99%, Class 100, exhaust port: 3" φ (with automatic opening and closing damper)
