Vacuum components

The vacuum system consists of a vacuum pump, a stainless steel vacuum valve, a stainless steel connecting pipe and an analog vacuum pressure gauge.

Vacuum working principle

The studio is a confined space, connected with the vacuum pump and the pressure sensor through the vacuum pipeline, the vacuum pump works continuously to extract the gas in the studio, the pressure in the studio will be less and less than the standard atmospheric pressure, the air is inlet through the intake valve, and the pumping air is balanced, so as to obtain the required vacuum degree, the hand valve is installed in the front stage of the vacuum pump, the pumping volume of the vacuum pump can be manually adjusted, the vacuum pump is equipped with a gas ballast valve, when the pump is used for steam pumping, ensure that the gas ballast valve is opened.
