Cabinet structure

(2) The tightness of the door of this case is completely adjusted by the user, and the silicone rubber door seal is formed as a whole to ensure a high vacuum in the box

(3) The outer box is made of 1.2mm SECC steel plate, and the outer surface of the steel plate is treated with precision double-layer powder baking paint, which is more beautiful and generous in appearance and enhances its anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance compared with the usual surface spraying treatment.

(4) The inner tank is made of 3mm thick stainless steel, and the semi-circular corner design is more convenient for cleaning

Sealing strips

It adopts one-piece double-layer sealing strip, 10mm thick bulletproof glass sealing door, and internal and external double-door sealing structure.

Insulation

The interior is made of aluminum silicate rock wool insulation material, which is fireproof and flame retardant, and is filled with artificial filling, with a thickness of 100mm

Thermostat

It adopts digital LCD intelligent PID temperature controller, with accurate temperature control, sensor disconnection alarm, over-temperature protection, deviation correction and other functions

Temperature sensor

Imported PT100 platinum thermal resistance (optional K type thermocouple) is adopted, with high precision and small error.

Electric Heating Generators
